Netbooks in the enterprise
Sales of small laptops, also known as a netbook, have been growing rapidly in this economy with consumers during the past six months and are predicted to stay on course. And tech enthusiasts can’t seem to get enough of talking about these small devices. But do these netbooks really have a place in the enterprise? There is an argument for both sides but most netbooks on the market do provide enough computer processor power, storage and wireless connectivity to handle the average business person, not to mention low enough prices to stay above the yellow line.
